REGISTRATION INFORMATION

Pricing:

Regular/Professional: $150/person if registering for both days of the conference; $100/person for admittance to one day of conference

Students (enrolled full time in high school, vo-tech school, college or seminary only): $100/student if registering for the conference; $125/student for admittance to student workshop and conference

 

The additional Student Workshop will take place on Wednesday-Thursday, February 14 – February 15 for those seeking further training in photojournalism. The practicum is an additional $25 to the overall conference price. Limited availability for spots within student workshop and are available on a first come, first paid status.


Food:

Registration fee includes: light refreshments (coffee, water, desserts) during the conference, Thursday and Friday. There are a number of reasonably priced restaurants within short walking distance, or a short drive away. Most hotels tend to include continental breakfasts. Come prepared to gather with friends at the conference during break times to eat and fellowship together nearby to our conference location.


Housing:

Registration does not include housing. There are many reasonably priced hotels nearby to our conference venue. Please see this map for some possible options for you and your group.


Parking:

There is free parking for our event provided by our host location this year at Nashville First Baptist Church. They are located at the corner of 7th Avenue South and Broadway. The physical address is: 108 Seventh Avenue South, Nashville, TN 37203.
